• Available Monday to Friday between 7am and 4.30 pm
• Generally a technician can attend within 48 hours of booking.
• We will contact you the day prior to confirm the two hour window timeframe that our technician will be arriving in.
• We will call the Tenant within 2 hours of receiving the maintenance request.
• Quotations and servicing are also available in our Mitcham workshop if you would prefer to drop-off and pick-up your appliance.
• Special Reduced rates apply for Property Managers - Standard Service Call Fee (includes the first 15 minutes labour)
• $20.00 ex GST per 15mins for Additional Labour Charges
• $66.00 ex GST - Quotation Fee for repairs when the appliance is dropped off/picked up from our workshop in Mitcham
• If wishing to purchase spare parts, you may visit our workshop in Mitcham or contact our office for delivery options.
• For postage of spare parts, please forward your order via fax or email service@domtech.com.au accompanied by full payment details (Visa or MC)
• A 12 month warranty is provided on parts installed by Dom Tech Appliances, with the exception of second hand parts.
• A 30 day warranty on labour is provided for all repairs and servicing carried out by DTA

All of our appliances are available for purchase with extended warranties up to 5 years.
