Fuel Burning Stoves

Still the most common form of kitchen heating, the fuel burning stoves traditionally rely on the burning of fossil fuels in order to generate heat. All types of cookware can be used, but the loss of energy compared to induction cooking is high.

These stoves are what most grow up using. The constant flame allows for the fine adjustment of heat by professional chefs as they can manipulate the cooking vessel in or away from the heat source. Because of the excess heat however more space is needed and kitchen cooktops equipped with fuel burning sources will require stronger rangehoods and kitchen cooling methods.
