• Available Monday to Friday between 7am and 3.30 pm
• We will call your Tenant within 2 hours of receiving the maintenance request
• Generally, a technician can attend within 48 hours of booking.
• We will contact your tenants the day prior to confirm the two hour window timeframe that our technician will be arriving in.
• For Property Managers, our charges are as follows:
  • Initial attendance is $126.50 (inclusive of 15mins), plus $22.00 per additional 15mins (inclusive of gst).
• If our technician requires parts in order to carry out a repair, or if our recommendation is replacement of an appliance, a quote will be generated by our office and forwarded to the Property Manager for approval.

WARRANTY - EXTENDED OPTION

All of our appliances are available for purchase with extended warranties up to 5 years.
